Before contacting support
- For a connection problem, record the provider, timestamp, and redacted request ID.
- Never include access tokens, app secrets, passwords, authorization codes, or source artwork in email.
- Use the protected audit and runs screens for operational diagnosis.
Security
Suspected credential exposure should be handled by enabling the emergency stop, revoking the affected credential, rotating its replacement, and reviewing the audit timeline.
